RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy

We accept returns by mail within 10 days of receipt of order - determined by delivered status of tracked shipment. Domestic order returns for refund will be charged a $10.00 handling fee. International order returns will be charged a $10.00 handling fee plus all fees/duties.   

Return or exchange requests received outside of 10 day window WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

To proceed with a return, please e-mail info@shopfreetown.com with “RETURN” and your ORDER NUMBER in the subject line; providing your reason for return. We will provide further shipping instructions and address upon receipt of email and approval of your return.  

Returned items must be unworn/unused and include all original tags and packaging. Worn or used items will not be refunded. 

Other restrictions may apply at the discretion of shopfreetown.com / FRTWN. 

Refunds (less return fees and any customs/duties fees) will be processed within 10 business days from when the item is received and confirmation of receipt is provided; not inclusive of any additional processing time by your financial institution. 

Exchanges

Need a different size in your ordered item? If available, we will exchange your item for a new size free of charge* upon receipt of the returned item.  


Please note, our items are small custom batches from unique and limited quantity fabrics. If item is not available in your requested size, we will do our best facilitate a custom order in your size (lead time for this can range from 8-10 weeks).   


To proceed with a SIZE EXCHANGE, please email info@shopfreetown.com with “EXCHANGE-SIZE” and your ORDER NUMBER in the subject line; providing your size request. Exchanged item must be unworn and include all original tags. Other restrictions may apply at the discretion of shopfreetown.com / FRTWN. Newly exchanged item(s) will be shipped out will be processed within 10 business days from when the item is received and confirmation of receipt is provided. *Ground Shipping is included for free with your exchange. Expedited shipping for an exchanged item is available for $35.00 (domestic only). 


We do not offer a standard exchange process outside of available size exchanges. You will need to return and make a new purchase. 

Final Sale Items

Masks / Face Masks are FINAL SALE and will not be considered for Return or Exchange. 

Additional Customer Service Policies

Any item returned to us by the shipping company due to incorrect address will be subject to additional shipping fees to be paid by the customer before it is shipped to them again. 

Our Products

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
